  Fourteenth Awards Luncheon 2007

The posh Radisson Hotel was the festive site for this  dynamic,well applauded
Awards Luncheon.  With introspective media coverage, and exquisite cuisine, all
participants as well as the 16 LAMW Honorees, amply enjoyed spectacular classical
performances by  Paul Coletti and
Concert Master Daniel Shindarov, and each
honoree received the custom designed LAMW Crystal Award. 
Participants  raved about this gala event.



Kenny Burrell and Bubba Jackson express their profound gratitude as they, as well as
each of the 16 honorees, received the custom designed, personally engraved LAMW Crystal Award,
while Executive Director and visionary Margie Evans accepts their jubilant expressions.



To donate instruments to the fifteen council district schools and the five county supervisory schools through Los Angeles Music Week, which LAMW annually services, please email melamw@earthlink.net or dial 310-670-6898.  Your contributions are greatly appreciated and recognized.

Los Angeles Music Week,  Incorporated  is a non-profit 501(c)3, community-based outreach program, now in its thirteenth year of service.  Each year during the first two weeks of December, Los Angeles Music Week honors the various contributions of local landmark artists of all genres and works exhaustively to provide equitable access to music education for children.  LAMW shares the history of music in Los Angeles with children and event attendees, noting the part this city plays in shaping music internationally.
